Customer Services Team

Our ten-strong customer services team are available from 8am - 11pm GMT every day (Monday - Sunday). Our customer services advisors are fully trained, friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile to ensure your dealings with us at Ivory Research Limited are stress and trouble-free.

Recruitment Team

Our recruitment team is made up of two officers, each with more than six years experience in the recruitment sector. They are responsible for the strict recruitment process all our writers have to go through, and thereafter are in charge of writer relations. Our recruitment officers are in constant touch with our writers, in particular those who are working on current assignments, to answer any queries and ensure each assignment is completed smoothly.

Writing Team

Our writing team is made up of more than 300 people, each one with a minimum 2:1 degree from a UK university.
